Detailed description of Country Club Of Virginia, Tuckahoe Creek Golf Course
Country Club Of Virginia is a Private, 54 hole golf facility located in Richmond, Virginia. The facility has three 18-hole golf courses. They are: the James River Golf Course, Tuckahoe Creek Golf Course, and Westhampton Golf Course. The Westhampton Course (one of three) is located at the Main Clubhouse with the James River and Tuckahoe courses about 5 miles away at another clubhouse.
The Tuckahoe Creek Golf Course at the Country Club of Virginia opened for play in 1988. The course was designed by Joseph L. Lee and Rocky Roquemore
Tuckahoe Creek is a par-72 layout that plays to 6,933 yards from the tips. The course rating is 73.3 with a slope rating of 133. The Tuckahoe Creek Course has hilly fairways and large greens. There is water that comes into play on seven holes.

Was a nice course to play. Liked the amount of water holes on the course especially the par 5 that had water running up the left side and in front of the green. We played from the black tees and it would give most golfers a good challenge.
